RETURNS + SHIPPING
We understand there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. That is why we offer a 14 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund. Merchandise may not be worn, altered, or washed. Hang Tags + Hygiene stickers must be attached (without ever being removed). Please be mindful of make up, tanning products, and deodorant as we will not accept garments that have stains from trying on. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements. The refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you, or return shipping costs. We recommend shipping your return with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s). Please allow 7-10 business days to process your return.
To exchange an item, please first return the item you wish to exchange + place a new order.
Any item purchased ON SALE is NON-REFUNDABLE (including all purchases made during our SPRING SALE and last chance to shop events).
