INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We understand there may be occasions where you wish to return an item. That is why we offer a 14 day return policy, so if for any reason you change your mind about your purchase, you can return it, in its original condition, within 14 days of the date you received it and receive a refund. Any refund does not include the shipping charged for sending the item(s) to you or return shipping costs. We DO offer exchanges. If you need a different size, please follow the steps in the returns portal to make an exchange. Merchandise may not be worn, altered, or washed. Hang Tags + Hygiene stickers must be attached (without ever being removed). Please be mindful of make up, tanning products, and deodorant as we will not accept garments that have stains from trying on. All returns are subject to inspection and we reserve the right to refuse your refund if your return does not meet these requirements. We recommend shipping your return with tracking (and insurance) to ensure it makes it back to us, otherwise we will not be able to issue a refund on your item(s). Please allow up to 10 business days to process your return.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE COST OF SHIPPING THEIR RETURN BACK TO US. WE DO NOT PROVIDE INTERNATIONAL RETURN LABELS.

Any item marked "FINAL SALE", including items purchased ON SALE, are NON-REFUNDABLE.

To start a return please email hello@shoptanlines.com with your order number and the items you wish to return. Within one (1) business day (Monday through Friday) customer support will respond with a return confirmation and an RMA number. Please write the RMA number on your original packing slip, and return items securely packaged with a copy of your packing slip to the following address:

Please allow up to 5 business days (Monday - Friday) for orders to be processed before they ship.

PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT DUE TO COVID-19 CARRIERS ARE STILL EXPERIENCING DELAYS. ACCORDINGLY, SHIPPING TIMES MAY TAKE LONGER THAN EXPECTED & IS OUTSIDE OF OUR CONTROL.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Standard Shipping - USPS or UPS Ground (2 to 5 Business Days once processed).

Expedited Shipping - FedEx One Rate (2 Business Days once processed). 

Overnight Shipping - FedEx Overnight (1 Business Day once processed). Orders will be shipped the next business day (Monday – Friday). To request same day shipping, please email hello@shoptanlines.com.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Duties and Taxes collected at Checkout. All orders shipped DDP.

FedEx International Economy is 2-5 business days once processed depending on destination.
